So we are having another video game pizza party at the Bay Crest Sky Lounge over looking the captivating Rainbow Bridge in Tokyo Bay! All SRK and non-SRK gamers are welcome! Especially, if you are like a cute girl in a bunny, school girl or pikachu outfit! Like our last get together, we will be playing mostly fighting games but we’ve added new twist to the gaming menu. You gotta give it up to the Japanese sometimes. They like to go on the total defensive if need be. If you ask me, I think the swine flu epidemic is getting a bit too mighty with super media influence.
Over 40,000 people die every year of the regular flu. So excuse me if I don’t run out and purchase a mask. Besides, me wearing a mask at a height of 6′4 (190cm tall) ain’t exactly what the people want to see.
This picture came from Narita airport last Thursday. I flew into Japan last week and right before we got off the plane, about 20 of these blue people blitzed the plane and hammered us with questions about our recent whereabouts and our immediate health condition. Well, if you gotta be safe you gotta be safe right?
On the other hand, I do know that the owner of the company that makes those little white “germ protecto masks” is somewhere in an evil mansion rubbing his fingers together like Mr.Burns. ”EXCELLENT!”
This is so far from a bad idea it’s in another galaxy!
FREEPORT, New York (AFP) — The women of American football’s newly created Lingerie Football League are putting a new twist on the term exhibition match.
The idea is the latest addition in the United States to a lucrative, sometimes bizarre niche mixing sex and sport.
In Freeport, on Long Island outside New York, two dozen young women stripped to skimpy gym clothes Thursday and battled for seven spots in the New York Majesty, one of 10 teams in a newly created league.
Two male trainers, fully clothed, put the women through agility exercises and football drills that would have been standard on any team — had the players been dressed.
The league’s Los Angeles-based founder, Mitchell Mortaza, instructed hopefuls to play this brutal game to the maximum: “If you prance, you’re gonna get killed.”

Final Round XII was way too solid kids. The HYPE of the FR tournament once again has proven to be very real and very alive. Gamers, males and females came from all over the United States to put their skills to the test and more importantly to experience the ”Hype” of Final Round. The biggest draw for FRXII was Street Fighter IV which had over 240 entrees landing the winner J.Wong over $1000 in cash on the same day! The energy for Final Round XII was like none that I had ever seen before and to top FRXII will definitely be a challenge next year.
Right now there are tons of videos from FRXII on Youtube. Just search for “FRXII” but in the meantime, I’ve put together a slideshow of pictures from the event and some of the “Grand Finals Footage for CVS2, GGXAC, Tekken 5 and SFIV!” So if you came out to FRXII there is good chance that you might find yourself in this slideshow. Say what you want! Call’em Nerds, Otakus, Geeks, Poindexters whatever you will. But I dare you to deny their CRUNKNESS! Man, I was there. And I can tell you that their level of intensity was incredible.
It was kind of like watching an animated mosh pit of sorts. They were having a gang of fun, but there was an essence of serious fun that is kinda hard to see on film. So with that said, I implore that you watch this video and laugh your ass off. Then watch it again and watch the guy with the white shirt on the bottom right. Then laugh your ass off again! After that, take second and wonder, “What drives people to dance?!” and “What makes people just let it all hang out?!” I’ve always viewed dance as a form of escapism but more importantly “Real Dance” comes from the soul! So you can call’em nerds if you want, and as animated as it may seem. They got soul!
“Oh yeah. If their dance some how appears in a hip-hop video, I making a T-shirt that says, “I told you so!”
