Tokyo Game Night #14 (SC4/DOA4)
So last Sunday I met up with BULL410 and we went to Tokyo Game Night #14 @ Asagaya Loft in Tokyo. This was an all night event and the main attractions were the Soul Calibur 4 and Dead Or Alive 4 tournaments. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay all night but I did have fun while I was there. . .and more importantly for me. I finally had a chance to see some HI-Level DOA4 players in action. I still don’t understand the mechanics of DOA4 but it was a treat to see people playing and enjoying it.

Our MK2 sessions are getting super hot! Big Adam jumps into the fray with Scorpion and was on point with that (Hook-to-the-Toasty Uppercut Combo!) I can only wonder who else will enter the realm of MK2?!

Lately, me and Richie have been playing a lot of Mortal Kombat 2 and it has been a trip! Richie has been fucking owning me. But-day-by-day, I’m getting better. Today Richie earned the title “Noob Lighting” cause his Lighting is Weak!

Outside of it being a Christmas Movie. Bad Santa is one of my favorite movies. Whirlwind once told me that the only thing that would have made this movie better is if “Billy Bob Thorton had _________ at the end.” Debatable, but maybe he is right. (Maybe) Either way it is a must see. So before you run out and grab that copy of Home Alone# WTF ever, give BAD SANTA a try instead!

So I went to the store yesterday to try one of the Final Fantasy XIII elixir drinks and I felt socially pressured to buy the character Sazh Katzroy’s can. I’ve always been a fan of the FF Series elixir drinks and because it has been a interesting journey from a completely shitty disaster to an actually tolerable soft drink. But why did I buy this particular one? Is it because, “I’m Black?”
